Our Live-in Care Assistants support adults to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes for as long as possible. If you have a caring nature and a genuine desire to help others, this could be the rewarding role you’re looking for.

What the Role Involves
The role will include preparing meals, personal care, medication management and especially companionship, as well as household chores such as laundry and various housekeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS clearance and two satisfactory references from previous employers.
- MUST hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
- MUST be able to attend 3 day Training in Great Dunmow
- MUST live locally to the area
- Experience as a live-in carer.
- Good spoken and written English
- NVQ/QCF L2 or L3 highly regarded.

However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
