I joined Right at Home in November 2022, bringing with me a background in animal care, including three years working on a farm while completing my Diplomas at college. I had always wanted a career that felt meaningful and rewarding – something to be truly proud of – which is why I decided to apply for a role as a carer.

Having a close bond with my grandparents, and personally caring for my grandad during his dementia journey, inspired me to support others going through similar experiences. This passion for helping people led to me being offered the role of Care Coordinator in January 2023.

Today, I’m proud to have grown with Right at Home and to continue supporting both our carers and our clients. Being part of a team that makes a genuine difference to people’s lives every day is incredibly fulfilling, and I’m excited for what the future holds.
